You know, writing a post everyday was harder than I thought it was going to be. And I somewhat accomplished my goal in all of this... my Dad left me a comment. Yes, one comment in all the month of November in which I was participating in a blog competition to make him happy... Feel guilty yet, Dad?
The one thing I liked about this activity was coming up with my Thursday Book Reports. Trust me, I read more than one book a week, so it is easy for me to stockpile these. And I don't want people to think that I will only write book reports on books I like (I know they last few have been glowing reviews) - it's just that I have been on a good run of late.
I'm going to finish NaBloPoMo with a quote from my fortune cookie from tonight's dinner:
"Work on your diplomatic skills and avoid conflict at all costs."
Yeah, I don't think that works for me!
Dad!

YA YA YA You were a good girl in november and posted everyday. THATS GOOD, and I read it everyday. I only posted one comment which is probably twice as much as I normally do. Keep up the good blogging and when I notice something interesting and have something smarta-- to say, I'll comment.
Love DAD
Awww..your dad is so cute!!! Congrats on making it the whole month!
I'm quite impressed, Jo. Sometimes it's hard to make it once a week! Do you read all of your books, or do you listen to some. Just wondering where you find the time to read, knit and do such a lovely job raising a beautiful daughter...
Yes, I envy your time management skills. I sometimes have a hard time blogging just once or twice a week, and that's without any kids... and, frankly, without all that much knitting lately. I better get cracking, though. I have to finish my first Fair Isle project in time to ship off to my MIL.
